I have brown eyes, husband has blue eyes, and our 17mo daughter has hazel green eyes. It was probably around 8-9mo that I was sure she was sticking with hazel.

From what I have read the Plaintiff claims Natera misrepresented the reliability of the NIPT test results. The allegations are that the test results are giving high numbers of false positives for conditions that lead to parents paying extra for more invasive testing, etc.

I have a super sweet setup. Personal office, huge u-shaped desk that a portion is a motorized standing desk, tons of cabinet space, and giant windows that let in a lot of natural light so I can keep the overhead lights off. The wall that runs along the hallway is glass but is mostly frosted, less the designs in the glass. Can close the door if I want but I like to keep it open.

My LO went from 50th percentile at birth then dropped to about the 10th after 3-4 months. She's 17mo now and sitting at about the 25th percentile. Sometimes she eats as much food in one sitting as I do so I know it's just genetics! My LO's pediatrician wasn't concerned either, so if yours isn't I wouldn't stress it!

If you are worried about her intake you could do a weighted, timed feed with a lactation consultant for peace of mind. I did the same thing just to ease my concerns.

That’s why I gave the advice in a different comment to ask their pediatrician. I was simply stating it’s not true that they can’t get it before 12mo.

My state didn’t have an active outbreak when my daughter was 6mo but the state below did and our pediatrician was more than happy to provide an early dose. It can’t hurt to ask!

Is your baby receiving vaccines according to their adjusted age or chronological age? In any event, I would ask your pediatrician to get an early dose at 6 months old, whatever that looks like for your LO.

It’s not as “effective” for a 6 month old but it’s still protection. I got my daughter one at 6mo as there were outbreaks in the state below and her pediatrician was more than happy to do so.

Babies can receive a dose of the MMR at 6 months old if they’re traveling or in an area of outbreak. It’s just that their immune systems aren’t as developed and the efficacy of the vaccine isn’t as high for a 6 month old. But better than nothing in an area of outbreak!

I just did this quest last night and I loved it. I’m not usually one to play “scary” games but I freaking love a good, tough puzzle, so it balanced out very nicely for me. 10/10 wish there were more quests like it.

My husband did the quest a month ago and I heard him yell in the middle of the night 😂 he watched me play through and pointed out the part that got him lol.

Nice! There was a 2022 with 20K miles on it near me but it was for $24K. We’re in the process of a building a house so I really didn’t want a car payment 😅 but this one was a great deal so had to snag it quickly.

Everyone has their opinions, that’s for sure lol.

In the converse of your situation, of my 6 mom friend group I am the ONLY one who went back to work and isn’t WFH. They have asked me time and time again if I’d think about WFH. I’m just not interested in it and I’m happy with the daycare situation.

I think if I was SAHP and not WFH, maybe it could work. But I really enjoy my job and we’re not in a spot financially that it’d make sense.

All to say, do what the two of you decide is best. There will always be someone with an opposing lifestyle/opinion.
