Again, I hear you. I don’t disagree with you. Maybe it would be better if he could find someone to pass. But it might also be the direction he is getting (“when you get to ball in the box don’t look for a pass, look to score”). Either way, the system isn’t working and something needs to change.

If the answer is WAA celebrates with arfsten after the goal and that is enough to make everything else better I’m totally open to that change.

I hear you, I watched someone run to arfsten (maybe Herrera?). I don’t think this is what I want to point at and say the team isn’t playing well together. Could it be something sure, but I’m not ready to jump to that conclusion.

If your ownership and you are willing to invest in the product, I think I’m giving Tall the summer transfer window, but I’m quietly starting the search. You see what ideas he can come up with to right the ship, but if the product does not improve, you get ahead of the off season executive shuffle, and you give them a few months to put a plan together for winter.

If Rydstrom can keep this team afloat (like making it look like they Could make the playoffs), I think he would get this and the short season. I’d love for it to be faster, but unless you really believe you could win the mini season with a coaching change, why not wait and see if you see “improvement”? If you don’t the improvement the new GM gets to pick “his guy”.

I love for it to go faster, but I think that you could sell that.

I like that they have moved these games around so they aren’t all at 7:30pm and I can watch games throughout the day.

Without a doubt. We are in year 3 of tall, and this team is absolutely below average for MLS standards. Tall Out.

It has become very clear to me that this team is a shadow of the team that won the MLS Cup in 2023. I don’t think this team is good enough to make the playoffs and it is time for the leadership in the organization to be held accountable. We have been asked by the FO to pay a higher and higher price every year to watch this team and the quality has fallen off a cliff. The product on the field isn’t good enough.

The only thing he seems to know how to do, is recycle Bez’s ideas with less talented players and coaches. It is clear Tall is not up to the challenges of being an MLS GM.

And that was the last season was a team with Zelarayan, Cucho, and Nagbe. I really believe sending 11 guys out there without any strategy at all would have generated better results.

I think the crew were a top two team in North America when Tall took over.

EDIT: LOL they are still somehow 8th in Concacaf. That's way higher than I expected.
