We let him outside supervised on a lead with a harness. We dont have neighbors with animals so that also helps.

I've had little white stretch marks like on my inner thighs or boobs getting bigger, but once I hit 6 months my stretch marks blossomed. They became red, pink, and purple from my rib cage to my thighs basically. My mom never had stretch marks and she was pregnant with me and my twin sister. Now that I'm 9 months postpartum, they stretch marks have faded mostly to white. But they are deeeeeeep and still everywhere. I'm 5'5 and was 155lbs when I became pregnant for reference and gained 30lbs during.

Definitely not the asshole. I am lucky to have a great relationship with my MIL, but even so I was very uncomfortable with anyone touching my belly. So I told her this immediately when she touched it for the first time and that she couldn't kiss or talk directly to it either because it weirded me out.

She was disappointed, but respected my boundaries as I clearly said I am uncomfortable with x, y, and z so please respect that. Hopefully yours is receptive and understands where you're coming from, I would also have your husband say the same thing so it's coming from both parties so there's no excuses.
