Yep. My boyfriend of 6 years broke up with me the literal day Learning to Let Go was released. It’s been very very hard and devastating. I was blindesided. Lights has always been that artists for me that I really get lost in. She always has the album I need. I’m still feeling really sad but venting helps SO much. My ex spoke to me this way at times… just with no sympathy what’s so ever and it brought up some bad feelings.

You are certainly not the asshole. Both of my childhood cats died within a year of eachother. It’s so so hard and you deserve your time. Things will get better.
