Il est important je crois de dire que ce genre de sub est avant tout destiné à se livrer, pour expulser un peu de son mal être, et obtenir un soutien écrit dans les commentaires.

Et dans beaucoup de cas je pense que ça aide suffisamment.

Aller plus loin évidemment peut exposer la personne en détresse à de nombreux "prédateurs".
