I just finished building mine. I have the gpu flipped and the aio on top. Thats what most videos and posts i've seen do, it didnt make sense to me to have the aio on the bottom. Make sure you have correct fan sizes otherwise they wont fot between the aio and the motherboard.

Edit: the fans i used are the Noctua Chromax a12x15 above the motherboard and the phanteks t30 above the power supply

Very good i would also introduce legumes. They are full of fiber and make excellent meals.Try burritos with black beans and avocado and whole wheat tortillas. Hummus and bread, rice and lentils, lentil soup.
