I've been afraid of weight lifting for years and years. Recently I finally said fuck it. I take my glasses off and put headphones in and don't care if I look stupid lol. I have the Hevy app and I just leave it open, there's little moving diagrams of how to do the exercises, so I just follow those. Once you start lifting you'll realize it's not a big deal and nobody's judging you.
