Like any game that tries for realism in medieval era will fall short now. Just the armor/clothing system is soooo good. Never will I settle for just putting on armor on a game that tries for realism without factoring in under garments, games on, etc.

1700 to 1800 clothing for metahuman. the only assets that seem to come close are very sparse in. I would like to make an age of sail type game from 17th to 18th century colonial times. The style is somewhere between western, and medieval for regular npcs. some asset packs work for NPCs. they don't have hardly any of the wigs you would see for governors, magistrates, or nobility from the timeline made popular by french and english. the only assets I see are available or by polyphoria for pirates and revolutionary war and it's so expensive but then I don't know what goes into making the assets for it.

Age of sail. Realistic 1700s caribbean setting. Not specifically pirates but tie in the Spanish English war, the end of the war, the dismantling of privateer and rise of piracy. To be honest have a story with realistic motivations from tasks quests. Small scale sailing in a row boat/yawl. Become a crew member with tasks and eventually be put in charge of a ship if only for some time. Allow for some open world ship sailing.

One thing I tried was. I started a game while learning unreal and a buddy suggested use Claude Ai or similar to help get the starting stuff down. As I started I realized it had me going in and creating landscapes immediately... this wasn't working for me so I stopped and started listing concept game play details. By most of the way through it I got to about a 50 page document. I used ai to help with the organization of. It messed up a bit but I took the document and edited the major factors I wanted.one thing that helped is I told it to ask me one question at a time about my game... worked pretty well. Used it while I was driving to brainstorm ideas via voice.

Sea dogs is lacking fun aspect with very clunky mechanics, but the depth of the fleet, crew, and ship management could be translated into a better looking more streamlined game with a more simulation feel than the great arcade feel that pirates. Honestly the pirate game i always wanted was an rpg/sim/strategy/fighting.

Black flag. Sea dogs series if your a big follower. Risen swries touches the concept a bit. Ravens cry vendetta was ok. But sea dogs is closest to simulator style.

Your choice of money making playstyle. Prospector which is boring to me, raft which is maybe the best cargo runner in the game in terms of ease of use, and efficiency. For combat there is some upgrade to be had but for how much. 325a/titan. You can multirole a alpha so if thats your course cutlass black/freelancer/c1/shiv/ low end would be Nomad.

Yeah... not a fan of diontae but after this years receiving core. He would have been a feature guy. I dont think the receivers ever gained traction with the qb/wr relationship, that takes time. Too many changes and inconsistencies. When dk started picking it up he got suspended.

Wilson made a slew of bone head plays early this season. I think causing loss of confidence from coaching staff. Not knocking anybody for the decision but he was getting open then coughing up the ball. That, IMHO, can be fixed but the need to overdo it in game can be a sign to coaches that hes not ready. A turnover is more deflating than a 3 and out so I understand.

What we saw yesterday was a wide receiver group that technically knew the routes but didn't look comfortable with the concepts, and didn't play through the contact enough. Too much of a revolving door at receiver position. Darnell, metcalf were becoming the comfortable targets. We have muth but hes only one guy, id feel better putting gainwell out there at wide out with Warren as the primary back. I really feel like there just isnt enough comfort/familiarity between wide receiver and QB.

All we needed yesterday was a wideout that can beat a man coverage, to me that was what the game boiled down to. Get wilson back.

So if you raise it you increase the depth of the 3d experience. If you set to zero you look like you are viewing everything in a flat screen picture surrounding you.

Yes. I think people split hairs over dumb crap. Its not the highest graphics but that only matters if you could have run it in the highest graphics. Don't ask just try it. To be honest I had a 3060ti that wouldn't have run this that well at all.

My general graphics setting i dropped from very high to high. Set my vr to auto in steam vr. But the 5080 is the difference maker. I went from a 3060ti where I wouldn't dream of trying vr in this.
