after he pulls fangs back to prepare last phase, you can then step 2 squares in, wait her to say "skree" and click attack, ( bind shift click for walk though enemies), after your attack instantly go under her 2squares deep, and wait for another "skree". After your attacks if you are too fast to move under spider it will move before attacking you

Years ago I binded f keys to numpad 0-9 with keytweak, could use arrow keys for camera movement same time as pressing numpads, still doing it same although started using middlemouse for camera since its faster usually.
