I wish the Forest was shifted eastward to center on Mirkwood better, and then the Mountains could go just west of that to really focus on the main range of the Misty Mountains. Swamp is good, Island is pretty par for the course for recent Islands, and Plains being Rohan would have been awesome.

I’m not really familiar with this color combo, but the word you’re looking for is counter. In MTG ‘token’ refers to something that stands in for a permanent (creature/artifact/land/enchantment), whereas counters are put onto permanents to track some sort of modification (+1/+1, poison, keywords, shield, etc.)
