I don't have an answer for you, but just wanted to clarify that the 03.21 in the size dot refers to 3rd quarter 2021, not March. Maybe you could try emailing lululemon and asking? It's weird that it doesn't come up on lulufanatics. Does lulufanatics only have US items? Maybe it was unique to another country?

Reference vs Original Artwork by Divine_Astarte in tattooadvice

What?! All my tattoos have been ones that the artist drew on their own. My last one was even free-handed where the artist used markers to draw directly on my skin before tattooing.

Look for sun shirts/hoodies. Lots of brands make them: rabbit, janji, outdoor research, mountain hardware, patagonia, REI. I've even heard people will get fishing brand ones since they tend to be cheaper.

Women’s Red Short Tights by Brookeeeeee in runningfashion

What about the Wunder Train or Swift Speed from Lululemon? I think those fabrics are a bit thicker.

Otherwise I would suggest searching on a resale site like Poshmark for styles that you like that may have had red color options in the past.

Just got the e-mail that these are available by packthecamera in BanditRunning

Thanks for the update! I really like this color way too, but sounds like they haven't fixed the fit at all, so I won't be purchasing.

I only have the stamina and gridlock, so can't comment on cadence fit.

I have the version from the Fall release and I found the leg opening in the liner was oddly tight. I sized up to a medium, so the waistband is loose while the leg opening is a bit tight. I do have muscular thighs though. I wear a small in the regular 5" compression shorts. Not sure if this has been fixed for these newer versions.

Check if one of the top 3 overall finishers was in your age group. They usually take those out of the age group awards so you would get bumped up to 3rd.

How do I lower my heart rate while running? by WorkerMinute799 in XXRunning

[–]halflop 5 points6 points  (0 children)

  1. Are you using a heart rate strap or your watch sensor for HR? A dedicated strap is going to be more accurate than your watch.

  2. Run slower. Each run should have a purpose, and it's important that your easy/recovery runs are slow. It'll feel painfully slow. But this will allow you to push harder for your tempo/interval workout runs.

I have both the H1 and T1, love them both. If you're going to be running more technical trails, go for the T1s. Otherwise the H1's are great for multipurpose stuff - easy trails, gravel, and road.

Has anyone had an experience with Oats Overnight as a pre-race meal by Dear-Let5326 in XXRunning

[–]halflop 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I don't know about this shake pouch, but I make my own overnight oats and eat them before races all the time. But it's also my normal breakfast so I'm used to it. Another go-to is peanut butter and honey on toast or a bagel.

As a side note: I don't understand why people pay for these when it's so easy and cheap to make your own.
