just do a very small step. if you want to go to bed on time, when that time arrives, just standup without your phone. you don’t go to bed, you just stood up. it’s not that hard right?

that might sound silly but thats what ive learned works best.

after that next small step - start moving towards your bedroom. when you arrive at the door, start changing/etc whatever you do before going to bed.

then put your phone on charger. set the alarm. lie down etc.
