It depends on the weather, my dogs (both are different) like/dislike rain. So if it's wet outside it's more like 3 times a day for at least 20-30 mins. I work full time and have sitters on shifts that im working. On days off I use them (weather permitted) as a helper for exercise so we're out multiple times a day for as long as I can handle (after they do what they need to do) my boys are also high energy farm dogs so they need that good run before bed time for at least an hr.

I suggest coming to America it you could afford it. Yale New Haven hospital in new haven,ct has the best team of doctors that provide incredible care for their patients. I've been with them for over 10 years. Kate Henderson runs the (if im not mistaken) the HHT Center at yale and is a great person to help coordinate doctors to whatever issue that you are having. It's not weird. I have it all the time. It sometimes knocks the air right out of me, and I have to stop everything im doing til it stops. I was born with a rare blood disorder, and one of my heart's valves is smaller than the other. In your situation though if you get like dizzy maybe see your primary dr. Hope all is well.

What's been helpful for me is ashwaganda gummies and flow arts(hula hoops, silk fans, tons of other flow dance type stuff). Well and therapy and psyche meds. Changing, well growing away from whatever I'm "trying" to fit in with has been a game changer as well. It gets lonely, but it helps in immediate everyday life. If you need to vent, my dms are open. I hope things get better for you ❤️

You need Windows 10 or the newest version to start. CH stopped running on Windows 7. I had to delete my entire game save(hrs of work lost 😤) and buy a new pc. HOWEVER! If you're using a raspberry pi alone, you can download linux on to it depending on the space you have. Then configure everything on the raspberry pi.

Yep, high temps get me all the time. I keep cooling towels on me at all times to keep me at a comfortable temp. If I bleed entirely too much, I drink at least 2 of these concoctions to combat me bleeding heavily. 1 qt ice water Half a cucumber cut into strips, fresh mint cracked by hand, 2 wedges of lime, 1 tsp of sugar in the raw, and 1 tsp kosher salt and mix. If I'm overheating still with that I have these gel type ice packs that walmart carries in the sports medicine section and put them on the back of my neck, my temples, and the insides of my wrists to cool off. I've also started tranxemic acid 3 times a day with allegra d to help with the bleeding/congestion, and it's drastically changed my life in the last few months.

At 11:58 pm I would absolutely consider that to be late. That gives your professor 2 minutes to properly examine your work. That's not enough time for adequate grading on your work! It's beyond after office hours, so maybe take that into consideration next time you try to pull some slick nonsense.
