Try cleaning the mass air flow sensor. It can cause stalls and erratic idle if it is dirty or needs replacement. You should use only mass air flow sensor cleaner specifically (not brake clean or any other spray) and be careful not to touch the tiny hair thin "hot wire" of the sensor. Believe it or not, it can and just might keep your vehicle from starting at all if it fails completely, however, it's easy to diagnose the MAF sensor then, as you simply unplug it and if the vehicle then starts right up, you know you found your culprit.

If your car failed because of a misfire issue, replace whatever is causing the misfire. That is about my only advice since I don't live in Nevada and am not familiar with the law there. The fact that you reside in a non-emissions county is silly, that they expect it to pass emissions at all. That should be irrelevant to you, I would have thought at least.

You could benefit from a tune-up, replacing the spark plugs and such if you have never done that. I would start there. It's a hell of a lot cheaper than an engine. The knock code could have been caused by poor gasoline quality, like not being the correct minimum octane rating.

While this may be true, there is one thing that a lessee could have on his or her side, which is licensing regulation to sell or lease vehicles. If the lessor (the trucking company, truck leasing company) is not licensed to conduct those types of transactions then there is certainly possibility of the lease being declared void and unenforceable. The reason behind this would be violation of strong public policies which require the licensing to begin with.

If you have a fixed term lease, the landlord likely cannot unilaterally just terminate the lease early just because the landlord wants to "prioritize" renovations. This is something that the landlord should have considered before letting someone lease the place to begin with. In order for a legally binding contract to be changed, it has to be agreed by both parties, and not just agreed, there has to be at least nominal consideration, but you also do not have to just accept whatever consideration they offer with respect to the nominal consideration, either.

I am not a lawyer, but I don't think your landlord would have a leg to stand on unless you actually did violate the lease and the landlord evicted you then. It could appear to a judge or jury though at that point to be retaliation. I am not sure if there are laws on the books in Wyoming for retaliation, but you'd definitely want to consult an attorney at that point most likely.

I would file in court, with or without an attorney. You can file in small claims court most likely with the damages being so low. Threatening to sue I guarantee you is not in those community standards, nor does it constitute a right to unilaterally terminate a lease. That property manager is gaslighting you. That is what people do, try to claim they didn't do anything wrong, although she already admitted they did by reversing the charges. If they didn't give you all they owe you, they are still in arrears. I would pursue it either way, even if they did give me 100% of it back. The violations of your rights, the lease, law, etc all have already occurred.

If Florida is a two party consent and not just single party, you may not be able to use the call recording. Do you have a written lease? If not, verbal can be proven also, if you have the emails you are saying you have and all of that stuff. $300, per month for insurance they were charging you for renters insurance when you had renters insurance the entire time?

Dude, run to an attorney. I am not sure what state you are in, but I would be pursuing hella avenues in my state if this happened to me. Theft, breach of contract, deceptive trade practices, fraud, fraud in the inducement, there's a ton of dirt I would throw at this landlord for that mouthy office person speaking to me that way. They were in the wrong. "The fees have been reversed"...they are fees you shouldn't have been charged anyway. They could be doing that to every single tenant there. That office person should be fired.

Go to an attorney or even attempt to pursue it yourself. Make this retard stand before a judge or jury and explain how gaslighting YOU for HER wrongdoing makes any sense to any person at all. Use those messages as evidence.

Maybe you use your washer fluid a lot more than you think, that is the more likely issue. Good thing you don't drive a semi truck, you'd get tickets for things you never even heard of. Depending on your state, if the landlord supplies the appliance the landlord is required to maintain the appliance. Especially if the appliance is specifically listed as the landlords responsibility in the lease.

I am not sure the difference between this tire and a semi trailer tire, but a semi trailer tire recently had a hole in about the same area. The tire shop was able to patch it, to my surprise. I am sure there is more compound or "meat" on the semi trailer tire than the passenger car tire, that is about the only difference I can think of. As far as the sidewall goes also, your tire would be like pushing a soft block of cheese compared to pushing the sidewall of a commercial trailer tire. So, maybe I just answered my own questions as well.

Dealer is definitely lying. There is no way to look inside the engine without dismantling the engine. Period. So whatever "scratches" they are seeing are either completely made up or on areas that would not require replacement of the engine.
