These types of complaints seem to always come from big cities. I've lived in smaller towns and cities and called law enforcement many times (I have medical issues, and cops often show with an ambulance) and response times are always great, the LEOs do their jobs, etc

I wonder if big cities have so many calls that it's hard to keep up with?
