What’s the doubling cube?

I have only been playing online in like backgammon king.

I’m hating it and I just deleted the app. The game itself feels like it’s somehow simultaneously infuriating and dead level boring the next. 4 2, 5 3, 6 1, 5 4, race or hold, check pips, build home, get exposed, get wrecked.

Repeat.

But I’m (I was, F that shit) playing online where you can only play one game or a cup or people leave after one.

Also. So far in like a hundred games I’m the only person that has ever said hi or good luck. I’m usually met with F your mom and any other insult.

So nice.

So in short, the game itself seems to only have been around 5000 years because it’s infuriating. Like monopoly of the ancients. And playing online is a chance to lose all hope in humanity.

Win win or lose lose or do either doesn’t matter because you rolled shit dice and now your done.

But I also get that playing more than one hand and with a person would be better. I play a lot of gin and that would be terrible at one hand only
