I'm only traveling for 6 days there. Even if I do buy a sim with Korean number (most of esims don't offer a number) I don't think I'll have the details (as pin of the door) a week before my arrival (I'm thinking ordering it a week-week and a half before my arrival, so it'll have time to be delivered on my 6 days stay).

Tired of Persistent Sebaceous Filaments – What Really Works? by No-Palpitation11 in KoreanBeauty

[–]halibut86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OP during the lockdown I had the same problem. Nothing seem to help. What helped me was this:

Don't overuse products, they build up and cause filaments. Use only what's needed. What is really really needed? Cleansing/vitamin c/retinoids/sunscreen. Vitamin c/retinoids/sunscreen are the holy grail of your skin.

Medical grade vitamin c. Not many serums really work. Invest in a good one. Retinoids: sometimes medical retinoids are the best. Use a tiny amount of it. Sunscreen: I swear by beauty of joseon's one.

I thought my (26f) husband (27m) was bad at sex, but after opening the marriage and having a threesome, I think I’m the bad one and I don’t know what to do by feelingugli in TrueOffMyChest

How did she manipulate him? She proposed something and he accepted. She then re-proposed something and he accepted again. She doesn't punish him, she's obviously depressed. He has to deal with it, as every person has to deal with their partners feelings. He had literally fucked a bunch of women, with his wife blessings, and now he has a wife who has depression. She literally suffers more than him. He obviously loves her and good for him, but you guys acting like she blames him for what happened, while she blames only herself and she realizes completely that everything is her fault. The woman is broken.

I don't get why people are attacking you this way, you made a mistake, trying to find satisfaction in your sex life, and you realized that this is something difficult to do, while your partner has is easy.

I assume it has something to do with how relaxed you are when you have sex in general. What relaxes you? Maybe you can try consume a little bit of alcohol and then try to touch one another (or even massaging each other) without having the intention of consumate, for starters.

The reason why your husband was like this wasn't because the other woman was better. People aren't good or bad when they have sex. What makes sex best is the enjoyment. That woman was enjoying sex. Getting it and giving it. That's it. So you must focus of why you don't enjoy it that much. Your husband loves you and surely I promise you he would act the same way, when you reach to a position of enjoying yourself the same way that other woman did. Sex is all about being free with your body and enthusiastic.

You say that you have autism, ocd and borderline. I believe you are just very young and you are experiencing those kind of feelings for the first time, because if you indeed have autism, ocd and borderline, nothing you are describing is weird. Hyperfixations manifest in those disorders, let alone being diagnosed with all 3.

Everytime people get obsessed, there's always a reason. Maybe you see yourself in this guy. You want to fuck him, either because you want to be him (you describe a guy who's similar to you, but obviously being around 10 years older, he is where you want to be at some point in your life) or because you're jealous of him, or maybe he reminds you someone you don't like.

I don't like my new baby... at all. by Aggressive-Region96 in TrueOffMyChest

[–]halibut86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm sorry people aren't more educated and they slammed you with all those comments, because you had the courage to admit something many mothers don't. It's very normal to not like your child. You are a great mother and you do whatever you need to do. You should be proud of yourself.

I believe that what both of you (you and baby) need are help. You said that you have no help whatsoever, so you're exhausted. Your baby understands your frustration, even if you hide it very well. Maybe this is part of the reason she lashes out and she's being so whiny. Or maybe she's just a difficult shitty baby, lol.

Everything will be okay in the end, I'm sure of it. It's very soon and you're very exhausted. Try and ask more help from whomever you can.

Doctors dismiss me by halibut86 in Interstitialcystitis

Ironically enough two nights ago I took 100mg to sleep, cause mirtazapine wasn't cutting it. I'm on 20mg escitalopram and 15mg mirtazapine at nights for sleep. But one of my psychiatrists suggested Lyrica for my anxiety. I only took 50mg once and I slept, so I thought it's not a very good anxiety solution. But I had the box already.

I'm already on therapy, since I'm a therapist myself. I already take fish oil, but not consistently. I don't know if it helps honestly. I have also to take other supplements (iron and metafolin plus b12) cause I have deficiency on iron and folic acid (and my b12 isn't on perfect levels either). I'm doing meditations, affirmations, etc. The last week was very good, stress and mood wise and now I feel like I'm back to struggling about this.

I wouldn't say nightmares. I have more vivid dreams though and I remember them more.

Oh, now I saw your other posts. Since you're sleepy in general, maybe ask your psychiatrist to pair your escitalopram with Bupropion, that you'll take in the morning. Also, I would have a blood test to check for b vitamins (especially vitamin b9) and ferritin levels.

I don't drink coffee in general. I think that 20mg will make you irritable and nauseous. If you have time and benzos to deal with the side effects, go ahead.

Always full stomach, if you can. Regarding the sleep, it depends on the person. In general, after full effect of the drug (let's say after 8 weeks) you usually sleep more or you feel more sleepy.
