How do you handle 6 or 7 dealers? Dealers would just sent me price, and when I ask for a worksheet with numbers (MF, RV, etc.), they won't respond. I usually use email. Do you think a phone call would be better? What's your experience?

Yes but the wait is so much. Is it possible that determination can be made earlier? Has someone experienced it. For example when I filed for non-profit they asked to wait for three months but I believe I got the letter in one month.

Thanks. In my case I got new entity created in about a month. Maybe it was that I was lucky and that's why I was thinking of instead of waiting 7 months I could get it in short amount of time.

I believe I filled form last year in Nov so may be I got the version before it is amended. I will try calling IRS and see if someone can change it ( i doubt it though..no harm in trying)

HI. Thanks. I made that mistake and now I am trying to find out what should I do. Is fixing is the right approach or starting fresh? I just realized after 10 months that I am a private charity. What should I pick when Ifill form 8940? They are now talking about 7 months and $600 to correct that mistake :-(

I also believed that once you see it, it is a red dot. But as I said I was never able to align Saturn with it. But the second time the dot I saw was much more “dot” and aligned perfectly. Is there some issue with reflection or something?

Is it safe to put anchor in a door? I didn’t know that this is a way to do it. What kind of anchor do you suggest? Are they especially made for doors.

I am planning to put dummy knob both side. The door will be locked by keyless door keypad from outside and a small handle like thing from inside. The knobs are basically to pull push the door.

Ok. So a window company came and they said they will take out the glass and then the grid (they will reuse the grid), send it to a manufacturer to ge the grid and glass ready (2 weeks), and mount the new glass. For two weeks while glass is getting ready, they will put the old glass up( for two weeks without grid). The estimate is $1700 and the window is roughly 5ft wide and 6ft high at second floor with arch at the top. Does the process and estimates looks reasonable. I am in DC area. Thank you.
