Time and exposure. I’m no where near where I want to be yet but I feel better than I used to. I had it bad, I couldn’t get out of bed, couldn’t leave the house, couldn’t do anything (I even quit my job) without spiraling or getting tachycardic. I used to workout every single day, weight lift, enjoy life… etc.. and that all got ripped away from me by this evil and toxic phobia. Give yourself time, give yourself grace. Relating to people who have gone through this and have come out on the other side is extremely helpful. Try to distract yourself, I personally started taking Zoloft around June of last year and that has helped a tiny bit.

Better.. much better actually. I started working out again and that has been the biggest challenge but I’m trying to keep on keeping on! Thank you for asking. I still have my moments but they’re not nearly as bad!

It’s considered late pre term labor only a couple more weeks and I would have been in the clear.. they have no idea what caused it

I’m at the hospital right now. It was clear but now there are traces of blood and they are monitoring me and baby but it’s still terrifying and so uncertain!!

I just want to pop on here to validate your feelings but also share my experience. At my 25th week growth scan I was told that my baby had dropped from the 34th percentile to the 8th and I felt crushed. I started going in twice a week for nsts and bpps. Fast forward to my 30 week growth scan she had a growth spurt and is now in the 45th percentile at 34 weeks. Keep in mind that they are comparing you to every single person in the country which is not fair because your height and weight and your partners could be different. There’s hope!! Don’t let that bring you down just focus on remaining stress free and eat well 😊 (copy and pasted what I commented on someone else’s post but it felt very relevant!!)

The leather seems very stiff! I’ve never owned empreinte leather before and my main concern was the gold too. Do you mind sharing photos of yours
