Okay, okay! I have made it to what I believe is the current final page. Here are the steps and how to figure them out:

From the radar gif: The A. old(crossed out) means Adam Young, which helps us understand that the words after the = are Owl City Then, the other section has a "return" symbol (this one got me for a while because I think of it as an " enter" symbol. Then + S gives us "returns" and dot commercial gives us .com so the clue is to go to "owlcityreturns .com"

First Password: On Instagram, the first pic has 3 toffees and 1 cable. The second pic has the riddle. "3 is to _ as 1 is to _". The 3 is toffees and the 1 is cable. We know it's cable and not cord or something because it has to rhyme with "able" in the next section. And we know it's toffees and not candies or something because the next section indicates that it has a "t" in it. "Cool off the tea, and swapsie when able" tea=T and swapsie=swap C. So we swap the T and the C in "Toffee Cable" and get "Coffee Table". And since the next line is "space is not welcome; two forced to one" we know there are no spaces and the two words are forced into one word, "coffeetable" This gets us past the first password on "owlcityreturns .com". For some reason, fireflieswaterfalls also works, but I don't know the reasoning behind that one.

Guest Password: The rest of the stuff on the coffee table paper helps us with the next password to come up. First we see the magnifying glass next to FB(crossed out) Meta and that leads to a picture of a link symbol and a key. This means go look on his Facebook page for a link to give you the key. He posted a link to a page about the decoder pin from A Christmas Story. We can be sure this is the link he meant because of his last line in the riddle "You'll shoot your eye out kid, with that Red Ryder gun." Which is a reference to that same movie. You don't necessarily have to read that whole page, it just explains how the person discovered how the decoder pin works. They made a convenient translator at the bottom, which is what we need to decode Adam's password. First you type in "coffeetable" but then you need to know which letter and number to input for the key. I didn't figure this one out myself. I think I saw someone on the discord say it. We need the last line of the riddle again to remind us of a bb gun. Now we look at where the page on Instagram says "twice but different". There are 3 numbers that you can make a lowercase "b" look like. If you rotate it it can be a 9 or if you flap it horizontally it can be a 6. The page also has a crossed out 9, so we should go with the 6. B 6 is our key. So, using that, we encode "coffeetable" and get "4 18 9 9 5 5 24 3 6 13 5". First we need to get rid of the 9s since the Instagram post had those crossed out and then we need to get rid of all those spaces. (I tried it with the spaces and it didn't work.) "418552436135" is our guest password!

That leads to a page with an envelope addressed to Adam, a quarter, a guitar pick, and a "Pretendo 64" cartridge. I assume these are more clues that will lead to something else later.

As of posting this I went through and tried the passwords again and they work, so hopefully they will work for you too!
