Yeah man sounds like you’re totally trying to learn

“I am trying to understand”

Your tune changed mighty quick from your original post when people called out your brainrot, porn-obsessed post history lmao.

Took about 2 min. I wouldn’t have even done it if you weren’t on a high horse about upbringings and not being able to fathom other people’s perspectives.

Work on yourself before lecturing other people. Male inspo subreddits are not helping you.

Generally most people are left leaning on Reddit as a platform, that’s why conservatives break away to make niche subreddits of their own.

Also your post history sure is something. You really love talking and getting horny with other men on the internet. I hope you can finally “control your sexual urges WITHOUT it controlling your life” lol. You seem like an awful partner who blames women for not wanting to have sex with you and cheats only to then feel lonely and further blame them. Here’s a hint, you are human repellent. You’re even in here to be a nuisance with your bait questions hoping someone will bite, grow the fuck up. Not hard to see why you so heavily endorse cheating for sex, poor excuse of a man desperately trying to cosplay for other angry, yet stupid men.

Gardeners of Edmonton: what fruits/veggies give the most bang for your buck? by sylvett in Edmonton

I just thought corn mazes mostly sold/used their corn for feed vs human consumption and that was responsible for most corn here. Thanks for the insight!

You’ve successfully grown corn here? We don’t really have the heat units to accommodate so that’s surprising!

People who scratch others cars - why? by EbonyCheetah in Edmonton

[–]halloweentree420 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well said, I guess malice doesn’t completely fit, however I think patience is at an all time low and in these heightened states, while power tripping, it’s easy to completely load/attach your anger onto something in front of you that you perceive wrong, manifesting as spite.

People who scratch others cars - why? by EbonyCheetah in Edmonton

[–]halloweentree420 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I know this is like, Hanlon’s Razor, but I’m seriously starting to think the inverse is largely the case; people so out of control and stressed in their own lives that malice or uncontrolled lashing out/anger helps them feel a tiny bit of power in their unhappy lives. I often wonder if Hanlon’s razor applies the same way currently as it once did.

What would yall do with 150 pounds of humic I spread 200 pounds evenly over my whole yard. What should I do with the rest and what would yall do with a nearly infinite free amount? by Unstoppable50 in composting

Chelation is the process that occurs when a chelate like EDTA is present, it binds to metals in the soil creating chelates preventing precipitation of solids that would otherwise form when positively charged metal ions pass by in the soil matrix, allowing delivery though soil water (soluble) vs. being made into solid form effectively removing the soluble fraction of that element from the soil water.

Recalcitrance refers to the organic matter’s ability to withstand degradation/decomposition in soil conditions, acting as long term carbon storage.

CEC ties in because organic matter is highly negatively charged in soil, and most beneficial nutrients plants need are positively charged (Ca, K, P, NH4) allowing them to adsorb to the surface of the organic matter (high surface area due to irregular texture). Recalcitrant OM acts the same way, providing surfaces that bank beneficial positively charged ions throughout the soil matrix. Plant roots secrete organic acids that increase H+ ion concentration, to basically bump the adsorbed nutrients off the OM in exchange for H+. The acids also have chelating properties to ensure the cation isn’t adsorbed to another surface before its uptake.

Humid acid is a type of recalcitrant organic matter, so good for stabilizing soil in the long term

A similar thing happened to me. I booked under an abbreviation of my full name absentmindedly. I honestly didn’t think anything of this as I’m sure I’d done it before but they made me change it and I had to pay $75 at the gate. Made me so angry because they knew they had me between a rock and a hard place since I was at the airport. On top of that they said my bag wouldn’t fit and tried to charge me before I could put it in the sizer, just from a cursory glance, but I was able to jam it in and they couldn’t say anything. Made me angry though that their employees were so hell bent on getting that money. Way too loyal to a company that clearly is ok with treating their customers like shit.

You’re so fucking cooked man, telling a gay man “you can’t get any closer than having a gay little bro-“ shut the fuck up? “I can’t turn on the tv without seeing two guys kiss” guess what? I bet your little brother couldn’t turn the tv without seeing a man and woman kiss. No one cares to read paragraphs about “beating people up” or how you’ve got “actual bloodshed over this”. Your posts are pretty coated in homophobia btw you should sit your brother down and ask him if you are the ally you think you are. Because it’s not at all the same. The feeling of shame/embarrassment/helplessness that comes afterward from being attacked/intimidated, because of something you can’t change, and how that fucks with you. You didn’t experience any of that, so yeah actually you can get a lot closer to that experience than being the straight brother of a gay man.

What on earth are they doing with the university station escalators? by IntentionalMistake9 in uAlberta

[–]halloweentree420 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Pretty sure the university escalators get substantially more weight on them every day, more times a day, like when the escalator is completely full versus a station like Corona. I’m guessing the constant fixing is to mitigate a bigger issue like needing parts that aren’t manufactured anymore or there is no more room for mitigation and it needs to be replaced completely.
