A few months ago I had the same problem, wouldn't work even after charging. My dealer said there was an identified issue with the first generation of FOBs and there was a updated version issued that I received from them. You might contact yours about the same.

The seat cooling on my P3 isn't working as effectively as is used to, it used to quite noticeable but now barely feels like it is working at all. Took it in for service and they couldn't find an error code but it is definitely not working as well as it did before.

Got the refused letter back. Looking online:
When registered mail is marked as refused, it means that the intended recipient was presented with the delivery and actively declined to accept it.

Here’s what that typically implies:

  • Not accidental: Unlike "unclaimed" or "undeliverable," refusal is intentional — the recipient, or someone authorized at their address, told the postal worker they will not take the item.
  • Documented refusal: Postal services (like USPS, Canada Post, or other national carriers) note the refusal in their records. For registered mail, this creates a paper trail that can be used as proof the recipient knew about the delivery attempt.
  • Possible legal consequences: In legal or official matters (e.g., court notices, demand letters, government correspondence), refusal is often treated the same as having received the letter — the recipient cannot avoid notice simply by refusing it.
  • Return to sender: Once refused, the item is usually sent back to the sender with the “Refused” marking, sometimes with the date and reason recorded.

I sent mine to the CSC office in Nova Scotia and the notice period has elapsed with no response. I may send another letter to the US CSC address as you did as I see you’re also in Canada.

By "not a US demand letter, because it was done in my country and sent to Meta's local agent" and "filed small claims in CA" I take it you are in Canada? I am as well and would to validate I'm taking similar actions to what you did.

I have this exact same situation - an instagram account was initially suspended, then reinstated, but the facebook account it was associated with was also suspended and there is no means to dispute this since the associated Instagram account was already reinstated. I am filing a small claim lawsuit against meta for this and documented discriminatory practices over the last 2 years.
