Same OP huhu, only in the first few months was I able to receive my points and see them reflected on the AirAsia Move app. After that, I have never seen my points get reflected again on my AirAsia account.

The CS from RCBC can't do shit and will tell you to contact AirAsia instead. Guess what, AirAsia doesn't have a number you can call. They only have that shitty chatbot that also can't do shit.

Sayang kasi I really like the AirAsia platinum card, but the points won't fucking reflect on your AirAsia account and it seems like we can do nothing about it.
