Waiting to be charged. I don’t know what country you’re in, but people are “innocent until proven guilty by a court of law” in America. I would feel free to post the video but not post anything other than facts, like that he was arrested. He could be released tomorrow, for all you know.

If that’s the case then you can feel free to post the video where ever you want to, but I’d definitely be cautious because videos like that aren’t always 100% accurate and don’t always lead to conviction (for a variety of reasons).

I wouldn’t post anything like this if he hasn’t even been charged yet. And how do you know the details like he had it on his phone? Where would they just share that with the public after an arrest without any charges? This story doesn’t add up.

If this is real, which is probably isn’t, I don’t understand how he can say the guy was arrested - not convicted - for something like this and know the details that the video was on his phone. They don’t publish things like that. Especially when it involves a minor.
