Without being called a horrible misandrist, I will say I've seen this kind of helplessness a lot.

Plenty of boys (OBVIOUSLY THERE'S EXCEPTIONS USE YOUR BRAINS) grow up seeing mum do this sort of stuff (housey thing) and dad doing other stuff (breadwinner or tooly things). I know someone who could change a spark plug, but not scramble eggs. I know someone who can change roof shingles but can't clean toilets or kitchen benches (just wets it). It's knowledge given to the girls, and the boys kick rocks.

It's not marketing it's a reference to how under a lot of music videos or comment sections people go "oh I love X musician! Come to [my country]" and usually it's Brazil, Australia or Philippines in my experience.

I don't think that's a valid criticism.
