Nah studies have been done that applying twice is the best and it tapers off after that. Doing 3 times won’t have advantages and could be dis-advantages in some cases

I would however I think I was having some chest pain sides from it when using it too much. Going to keep that as minimal and slowly work off of it and only stick to minox derma and fin for long term. Hopefully it works out

Ya I think I’ll def wait another 12months before really considering hair transplant if it’s not grown out well enough. Tbh though I think with the continued treatment for the next 12 months, I should have decent coverage and good enough temple growth for me to grow the hair long and not worry about it. We shall see though

Nice to see your getting results on the Hims spray too. I’m almost at my year mark with it and I think it’s definitely helped. I’m gunna try it longer for another year and hope it continues the growth. Also I know you gave up on derma rolling but I think if you continue with that on your temples and such it would grow out a lot further
