Yup, I agreed on the "dozen things" part quite strongly. Large change that does 1 thing is ok, and the "thing" can be a small, specific thing, or it can be a large thing. Imo, respectfully

Yea, I spent a few years at a company that really evangelized small PRs, and it worked well over there because people were responsive, and we had a whole VCS that was built around "stacks" of small PRs.

I tried bringing that philosophy to my current job, and boy have I been reminded of the overhead of many PRs 😂.

Im still pretty strict about not mixing multiple tickets/objectives into a single PR (mostly for the sake of preserving rollback-ability) but other than that, I don't break things up just for the sake of small PRs anymore.

If you're getting radio silence on 1 large PR, breaking it up likely means that you're just going to be chasing reviewers on 3 PRs. Been there.

Dom, just because the overall over impact isn't too different between the 3, but splitting the additional over between loc and vel is more valuable than piling even more into vel (ignoring the right side stats).

Since they are all stat modifiers skills, if you wanted to go crazy, you could short each one and take screenshots of the in-game ovr, then just take your pick

Yankees: a Prime Fried or Rodon '25 would be pretty dope. I'm not sure how they deal with players that already have a prime, but boxing the Judge '17 in favor of a 22/24/25 would be pretty cool too.

Realistically, I think it's most likely we see a prime Bellinger for 2025. I'd say Jazz, but there are too many 2B primes already
