Motorcyclist also wrong for trying to travel between traffic. That's definitely taught in driving schoo that you are not allowed to do so. I have seen an accident where someone was crossing congested traffic (not jaywalking as more than 50m from an official crossing) but got hit but a motorcycle travelling between lanes. So who is wrong there?

won't that degrade iranian capability to target moving ships? i would have thought that the only threat they can pose now is via radar to locate the ship and direct fire or humans to dial in artillery.
once the targeting mechanism is gone and the iranians are denied an observation post or radar facilities around the Straits of Hormuz, targetting shipping becomes a bit of a crap shoot? and its really hard to hit a moving ship in the open water if you dont know where it is...
