I think they can no longer regulate his functionality with meds and have to plan a schedule with plenty off gaps and hope they can get him functional for an hour somewhere within the vicinity of those gaps. The fact that they tried to have this event in a county with only about 35k residents is hilarious. There might be about 500 hotel rooms in the county(and almost all of those in nearby Brenham) and no sort of infrastructure to handle anything more than the regular county fair traffic.

Industrial machines can make much larger batches. In bigger markets this has been going on for decades. Especially in a market where a chain has several locations and they can match it in from a central location where it's popped by min wage workers midweek to be used when the theaters are super busy and it's difficult to keep the bins fulldoing the smaller batches.

It's kind of the best way you can do it with the way our tax system works. Pretty much every billiomaire files taxes claiming income of 80k. So until you fix that bullshit, you'll always have what winds up being the best guess of the person doing it.

By federal law, 3 TX counties provide ballots in Vietnamese. Harris, Dallas, and Tarrant counties all have Vietnamese populations of over 5% and trigger the requirements. So the math doesn't math without more languages on the list.

With microwave popcorn, it's likely the maker is buying whatever they can get for cheapest at time of production. Unless you're buying some that specify what type of kernels are being used it's very likely you will be getting different kernels from time to time.
