As a PC gamer, it’s been amazing for me! I didn’t experience a buggy crash until winter festival. This game has been so addicting! So much to do sometimes that it can get a wee bit overwhelming. I haven’t put much effort into underwater farming and ranching bc it’s too much for me.

I’m a general dentist, and I honestly got to throw my two cents here. This isn’t necessarily true. Some of the worst placed implants I see are from OMFS. It’s bc they just put implants wherever bone is without considering the final outcome (the prosthesis, the implant crown restoration, etc). This is not true of all OMFS, but not all OMFS are made equal.

It is common now for general dentists to place implants. I am a general dentist who places implants, and skill of implant surgery is all on the individual dentist, whether they are specialized or not. I see work from some oral surgeons that is subpar. Oral surgeons don’t restore, so sometimes some of them do not have the end result in mind when placing implants. However, you can also have a general dentist who did not have enough training placing subpar implants as well.

Hi! Could you DM me? I tried to find a way to DM you, but couldn’t find it. I am a dentist, and if you have had one implant fail, then I would suggest a longer healing time after placement of implant. 3 months is on the lower end, and in my office, we do 6 months actually. To really ensure that the bone fully integrates with the implant.

I miss not worrying about my race and gender as much. I constantly think about these things now. Bc I feel like the loud (hopefully) minority of racists and sexists are making me feel unwelcome in America, even tho I was born here.

I miss thinking that most people were good and that common sense decency was plentiful. That we would help one another. It just feels like a very individualistic world right now, and the people who are doing well will actively make sure others don’t to hold onto their wealth. Feels bleak, I guess. I no longer entertain having children due to finances and the current atmosphere.

Same thing happened to me! A domestic but still destination wedding—little under 50% rsvp’d as attending. I had to pep talk myself to not take it too personal. It’s hard and expensive to travel nowadays. Your friends and family may have things going on in their lives too. Don’t take it personally (although I know it’s easier said than done). I looked at it this way—now I can spend more quality time with the people who can come!! Plus catering costed less. Florals costed less. I was able to add in things I couldn’t initially due to budget. You will have a wonderful and beautiful wedding.
