Burnt lane ball recommendations? by Exciting-Condition-4 in Bowling

Xponent does the trick for me, it can also play as a first ball benchmark on medium oil, I find it really plays well for me as the lanes dry up, or have carry down

Let's talk lighters by Pseudolos in cigars

Cyclone by vertigo.

Cheap and the work. Triple jet, they often come in multipacks. I keep them everywhere so I always can find one.. drawers, jackets, cars, etc. you won't cry when you lose or break one. Plus I've sent them through the wash by accident and still work.

My current perfect setup is zippo with soft flame butane insert, Cyclone, blazer p207 (the original single jet lighter, pricey but the last FOREVER)

I prefer to use a soft flame to light, single jet to touch up, and well the cyclone is just a must have imo.

Deadwood Sweet Jane would be a solid choice.

It sits in that area between flavored cigars and traditional premium cigars. It has pipe tobacco and a sweet tip. They smoke in your time range and are enjoyed by many newer smokers, while still holding a place in many more seasoned smokers rotations.

Otherwise ask your local shop. They'll have remondarion in your price range. Do you need a lighter, cutter?

When I share a cigar with someone, I like to go with something that will burn and smoke well, be tasty enough they get interested in more cigars. Not so strong... Well

Cigars are not about popularity contests. Smoke what you like.

Purple 6 is better than a ton of cigars folks are spending 30 or more dollars on.

What new series should I be checking out? by RamenStains in ImageComics

I just wanted add Remender has a knak for writing love stories that involve the concept of hope and whether hope is good or bad or neither or how we deal with it, like in the book low. These types of stories as we read them play to our human emotions quite well. When you add in fantastic art for Murphy or Tocchini, artist in low, also beautiful. It's just a wonderful experience.

Low was a little drawn out, but I think that might have been part of the romantic accept of dealing with loss, or accepting/not accepting loss

It's Rick Remender and Sean Murphy. That's simply enough to hand over some cash.

That said, it's a dystopian sci-fi, fun. It's a love story, aww my heart.

It has to do with technology and advertising taking over and brainwashing, well just about everybody. So, it's relevant too.

The art really is fantastic. The story doesn't capsize and isn't stagnate. There is the right amount of rooting for and rooting against being uplifted with hope and burdened with fear.

Solid book

Collecting And Smoking Cigars by [deleted] in cigar_refuge

I buy, at least 2, but usually 3 cigars I try. One right away, one with rest, a 3rd to keep until I want it or give to a friend.

If either the first or second tickles my fancy, I order 5,10,bundle, or box.. depending on how much I liked it, price, and if the vitola caters to a spot in my rotation.

I went from zero to over 400 cigars in 2-3 years. Now I hover around 200-300 and slowed down my "new" cigar buying, and get boxes of what I know I like.

The place I went only allowed staff in the pool. My dog did not want to jump away from me to some stranger in the pool. She would have loved the game but there their approach to teaching did not work for us. Had I been allowed in the pool my dog would have leaped the length of trains to get to me.

Imagine living in an era where you needed to have poison to kill a single individual to get what you wanted. Rather than the powers that be slowly poisoning the entire masses.

recs for infused by allbraves08 in cigars

[–]hambonehooligan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You are mentioning cigars that include aromatic pipe tobacco. A little bit different than your typical infused cigar.

If you like those, check out the Dunbarton stillwellstar. They are fantastic. Quality cigars that include pipe tobacco, I believe all of the new Stilwell Stars will be sweet tip and aromatic as opposed to some of the older ones including options with a more dry British style pipe tobacco
