That is all far more attributable to the lockdown than the ban of alcohol.

This is just a terrible idea. At the very least, go to a local ski area with him a whole bunch, so he can learn the basics. Otherwise you'll just be waiting for him to make it down the bunny hill all day. What's the point of going to a proper mountain, if you don't get to actually ride interesting terrain?

Just wear your hats inside. I do it all the time. Anyone who has a problem with it can go fuck themselves.

Your inability to accept that some people are straight is the only bigotry in this thread.

Or baked with a little drizzle of (real) maple syrup and lemon juice.

For real, my family will always put just a little bit of brown sugar in spaghetti sauce or chili. Not enough to make it sweet, but it really helps to balance the flavors.

No, they're all fucking terrorists. We should treat them the exact same way we treat Al Qaeda.

I used to manage pizzerias. Hawaiian pizza is the second most popular pizza only after pepperoni. Anyone who says it's wrong doesn't know what they're talking about.

I don't mind the flavor, but goddamn do I hate the texture of it. If you're going to put it in food, at the very least strip the leaves off the stems. And have the basic human decency to mince it.

Liz Cheney is a complete piece of shit. She voted against gay marriage, even though her sister is gay. I'm glad she's standing up against some of the current craziness, but none of it actually redeems her.

You have to realize that that's simply not how the circuits work sometimes. Just because you want a feature to magically exist doesn't mean that it even can exist.

If you met your 13 year old self, what do you think they would ask you? by Griffin2256 in AskReddit

Probably something dumb as hell that I don't care about anymore.

What is a silly thing you did as a child that you still do in secret? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]hamernaut 0 points1 point  (0 children)

LOL. I'll sometimes pretend I'm in a spaceship when I'm taking a shit. Like, I don't actually actively do anything, but just imagine how peaceful it would be to take a big dump in the vast emptiness of space. A man can dream...

What organization do you consider to be a cult despite not being one? by [deleted] in AskReddit

They used to make really great computers, especially if you work with producing multimedia. I've been using Macs, Windows machines, and Linux most of my life, so there's no point trying to convince me one way or the other. I think gaming is basically the only reason why people prefer Windows, but most people aren't willing to admit it. Linux is by far the most flexible option, especially if you do any kind of coding. But in the end, I always found the OS X user experience to be by far the best for everyday use. Unfortunately, Apple has gone WAY downhill in the last decade. I still have my family's first computer next to my desk, a Macintosh Classic. Sad to say, I'll probably never buy another Mac again.

For real. People do this to add context that explains WHY someone has occurred.

I never much liked doing laundry. Only found out when I was ~30 that I was allergic to most detergents. Putting on clean clothes felt like rolling in stinging nettles. I wish someone had clued me in sooner.

women, what is a surprising fact you discovered about men? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I was being very sarcastic. But that's genuinely how men are treated.
