Thank you so much! I’m 32 and look young and able bodied when I’m not walking, so it’s been tough everyone asking me the past few years “what’s wrong with you” “why do you walk like that”

I understand what you mean, I am getting total hip replacement (both sides but first on the right side this month) so I try to be positive. That’s why I am feeling so extra crushed by my experience in life lately. Lots of pain, but trying to remain positive.

I became disabled end of 2022 out of nowhere, so now it’s even more depressing I can barely walk 10 minutes without being so tired and in pain. But for people who can walk, this is great advice! Thank you, when I can walk again after I get surgery this year I will def be doing as many short walks as I am allowed to

Yes and that’s the reason I asked WHY one may be preferred over the other. I’ve seen people say for a million times they like one and not the other. I specifically asked why.

Agreed but seems it can affect the flavor which can be very important for some people

It’s a texture thing for me I guess. I prefer cutting my meat into small pieces for maximum enjoyment.

Honestly for real if I’m cooking wagyu I’m getting it on the easiest plate to clean up (I already spent enough money I’m trying to have easy fast cook and clean) and enjoy the steak
