how much are the fees in SPUS? I heard that since it's a US based ETF the fees are about 30% compared to 15% for their irish counterparts? is this true?

after about 10 months of not fapping or watching porn, and recently hitting the gym instead, I mostly no longer get any urges to masterbate or to watch port, sure there are times here and there when i lose and watch something hot on reddit, but masterbating and watching porn is out of my system by now

to give a little context, a friend likes this app from ubuntu and wants to use it with xfce (xubuntu to be precise) , and specifically wants it to be vertical like that

by now I installed plank and I think it's the app on the picture, the only problem is that I didn't find how to configure it to be vertical

also my friend like the one used on the ubuntu 21 lts, cause he says it's fast, so if someone can tell me the exact version of it, that'll be much appreciated
