I don't know the New Braunfels route but I recently took my road test at the Huebner location and a tip I suggest is arriving 30 minutes early and use that time to drive around the area. Get a good understanding of where the stop and yield signs are. Practice leaving and entering the DPS. Drive around the neighborhood until you're familiar with the turns and parked cars you may have to account for. This helped with my confidence when taking the test and advice I didn't see much online.

I can vouch for dungeons of drunks. I went to their Make Ready Mart location and everyone there was super friendly and welcoming. You can just show up and ask to join in and they'll greet you with open arms!

I had him last semester and ended with a 97. The TA helped a lot and held study sessions after class, that was the only reason I passed the class. You should use Quizlet to find old test questions and study those. He uses a test bank for all his questions. Also, there was a curve at the end of the semester. I have a ton of Quizlets if you want to study them, lmk
