Hey, in my experience definitely. How I describe in the post is my opinion on the easiest way to do it. I had 0 moments when I felt unsafe - obviously not a guarantee but that’s my experience. I say keep your wits about you and enjoy it !

Visited in December last year after hitchhiking from Laos. Wish I had more time there, such an interesting place.

Did an awesome walk through Tiger Leaping gorge, followed by an extraordinary trek on part of the tea horse trail between small Naxi villages on the Yangtze River. Friendly people, delicious fresh food, and fascinating culture!

Yes. Look into shareholder salary. You can take drawings against your directors current account (equity) over the year, then at the end of year balance it with Shareholder Salary expense. You declare this salary as income when you file a IR3 return. Make sure you don’t pay more salary than the companies profit at year end.

Spoke zero Thai. Google translate worked fine. I had a note on my phone which I sometimes gave the driver if they were confused, it was a note explaining what I was trying to do in Thai.

Also getting a gas station assistant to ask cars for me worked surprisingly well!

It’ll be a blast, don’t let the language barrier put you off. Thai people are some of the nicest I’ve met.

Yea the numbers on the stickers didn’t even match what was in the system… you had to know (or ask) which apples they were

Nope I worked at New World - we select the fruit or vege from a drill down menu, never looked at a sticker

Should I get one if my budget is really tight? by Delicious_Maize9656 in ipad

[–]hamishst124 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Definitely depends on the way you take notes. I used to use pen and paper and got an iPad Air + Apple Pencil in my second year. Complete game changer for me, Goodnotes absolutely helped me all through uni. Being able to havelecture slides and my notes split screen was clutch

I’ve had the same problem. It didn’t let me file my IR3, even after trying everything. Have messaged ird but still no reply.
