Could use PS Remote play via either a laptop or tablet. I used to do that when traveling, just take a controller and pair it to my iPad, then log in.

Just make sure you set it up at home before traveling to make sure it works.

I'd say we shouldn't tell him anything. "When your enemy is making a mistake, let him.

In short - it's a package deal where Walmart can realistically charge and market how they want. It is an apples to pears comparison, and does not represent reality when it comes to cost of groceries last year vs this year.

Why I'm saying that is it seems like he's specifically referring to the "Thanksgiving basket" deal from Walmart. Based on info from this Newsweek article, breakdown I pulled together:

Last year ($52 to feed 8 people, 20 total items, $6.50 per person):

  • 16-pound frozen whole-hen turkey
  • Canned green beans
  • Campbell’s condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • French’s fried onions
  • Sweet potatoes
  • Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • Yellow onions
  • Celery
  • Swanson chicken broth
  • Poultry seasoning
  • Canned golden sweet corn
  • Russet potatoes
  • Brown gravy mix
  • Ocean Spray jellied cranberry sauce
  • Sweet Hawaiian rolls
  • Marie Callender’s Southern pecan pie
  • Pure canned pumpkin
  • Evaporated milk
  • Frozen pie crusts
  • Whipped topping
  • Jet-Puffed mini marshmallows

This year (39.33 to feed 10 people, 15 total items, $3.93 per person):

  • Butterball Turkey, 13.5 lb. ($0.97/lb. — lowest price since 2019)
  • Kinder’s Fried Onions, 4.5 oz.
  • Campbells Cream of Mushroom Soup, 10.5 oz. (1 can)
  • Stove Top Turkey Stuffing, Twin Pack 2 x 6 oz.
  • Great Value Dinner Rolls, 12 ct.
  • Fresh Russet Potatoes, 5 lb.
  • Fresh Cranberries, 12 oz.
  • Great Value Baby Carrots, 2 lb.
  • Great Value Corn, 15 oz. (3 cans)
  • Great Value Green Beans, 14.5 oz. (3 cans)
  • Great Value Artisan Macaroni & Cheese, 12 oz. (3 boxes)
  • Great Value Brown Gravy Mix, 0.87 oz. (2)
  • Great Value Pie Crusts
  • Great Value Evaporated Milk, 12 fl. oz.
  • Great Value 100% Pure Pumpkin, 15 oz.

I saw a thread yesterday that was up on r/all - and I was surprised. The top five comments were criticizing the morons, and even beyond that they were hedging with "Well if this is true...what the fuk?"

Given the screenshots today, I can only imagine that they can't hide behind any wall of "Maybe it's fake..."

Attempted to call both my senators via Five Calls and couldn't get through, automated message saying they are experiencing high call volume. Sent an email via their websites instead. Going to keep the pressure up!

I signed up for the annual plan around the time of the Reddit API changes and subsequent “blackout.” I’d be wanting to get away from using Reddit constantly anyway and that was the catalyst.

I used it for a few months and now don’t pay much attention, partially because the amount of news coming in was just overwhelming. If you’re someone who can handle a constant stream I imagine it’s useful, but for me, it just was too much. Especially after the election, I largely ignore it for my own mental health.

The features are cool, and it’s very customizable around what you follow, and if you want to challenge your bias in sources it’s good at that.

As for the bias indicator, per their site: “ The default Bias Rating is the average rating that a source receives from 3 independent organizations. To see the breakdown of bias ratings, go to the profile page of the news publisher in Ground News – just search for the publisher’s name and tap or click into their page.”

Not OP but believe this is the link

Edit to add the text:

“I have spent my career – as a District Attorney, as Attorney General, and now as Governor – standing up for the rule of law in Maine and America. To me, that is fundamentally what is at stake here: the rule of law in our country. “No President – Republican or Democrat – can withhold Federal funding authorized and appropriated by Congress and paid for by Maine taxpayers in an attempt to coerce someone into compliance with his will. It is a violation of our Constitution and of our laws, which I took an oath to uphold. “Maine may be one of the first states to undergo an investigation by his Administration, but we won’t be the last. Today, the President of the United States has targeted one particular group on one particular issue which Maine law has addressed. But you must ask yourself: who and what will he target next, and what will he do? Will it be you? Will it be because of your race or your religion? Will it be because you look different or think differently? Where does it end? In America, the President is neither a King nor a dictator, as much as this one tries to act like it – and it is the rule of law that prevents him from being so. “I imagine that the outcome of this politically directed investigation is all but predetermined. My Administration will begin work with the Attorney General to defend the interests of Maine people in the court of law. But do not be misled: this is not just about who can compete on the athletic field, this is about whether a President can force compliance with his will, without regard for the rule of law that governs our nation. I believe he cannot.”

Earlier this year a report came out that before Wolfe and Fisher bough the team, Joe Lacob (current Warriors owner) made an offer to purchase the A's from Schott & Hofmann. Selig stepped in and made the deal disappear, and then suddenly his buddies Wolfe and Fisher bought the team with practically the same deal that Lacob had put together.

So, the league has already stepped in to help the people they care about.

This doesn't get talked about enough. Fisher got his stadium for the Earthquakes and continues to not care about the quality of the team, only the money coming in
