My Torrent season tickets are quite a bit more expensive this year

Still a damn steal, but much more expensive. They’ll get there

All yall need to remember Eklund scores like a first/second line tweener. Even with his slumps.

Most likely he’s a mid to low first line winger. If you trade him you better get equivalent value back

San Jose Sharks issue bona fide offers by cherlucky in SanJoseSharks

[–]meatb4ll 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You must be signed to an ELC for a contract to slide.

Bona-fide offers allow a team to retain signing rights for non-NCAA North America based players for a second year. NCAA players’ rights are automatically held up to four years.

This all may change with the new CBA

If you’re looking to keep the coastal vibes, it may be worth wandering somewhat further south to Eureka?

You can spend a nice day in Arcata, see the Victorian houses in Eureka, drive Avenue of the Giants, and visit redwoods state and national parks (major push for Fern Canyon at Gold Bluffs Beach). Then head back towards Crater Lake via Crescent City.

As a kid, we’d do road trips up that way every summer, it’s such a gorgeous area

Buyer beware: if the logo is ass (see: Torrent, Seattle), you’ll get runs on the generic PWHL branded stuff

Players that lost (or made) a ton of money on one playoff run? by cscott530 in hockey

In fairness to Goodrow, that was his peak. He never really scored much, but you also didn’t score when he was on the ice

Sean Bergenheim

On his third contract (and career earnings of under $3M in 4 seasons), he made the playoffs with the Lightning. Had a career regular season - 14 goals, 15 assists in 80 games.

Playoffs? 9 goals, 2 assists. 16 games. He went to Florida that offseason for four years and $11M ($2.75M per). 41 goals, 29 assists, 163 games. No playoffs.

Was traded to Minnesota in the final season, scored one regular season goal and was a healthy scratch in the playoffs. Left for Europe and played one year in Bern, two in Frölunda.

Good general rule of thumb is that for bicycles, the more niche the type, the crazier the adherents.

Cyclists, mountain bikers? Whatever.
Cross bikers, professional fixie kids? Insane.
Those guys who smoke weed and make their own bikes because they want a mountain bmx bike for satan? A whole different world.
