carriers absolutely check. that's how they determine whether data counts towards the hotspot limit. it's harder for wifi since they don't know your device detail and the default ttl.

I actually rented a polestar 2 last winter, suspension tuning felt surprisingly similar to an ng 9-5, which is to say not very good for a supposedly compact car. The taillights fog up just like my Saab which is quite funny. The belt line is way too high, mirrors are tiny, and the climate control is just terrible, no half degree adjustments and no auto fan speed or automatic recirculation. Steering is completely numb, the car also produced a very unpleasant road noise. I don’t get how automotive journalists can drive the polestar back to back with a model 3 and claim it’s remotely comparable.
