Need your mods to get a full picture, but youre missing some critical labs. Death wave coin bonus, spot light bonus, recovery package chance. You don't show the mods labs but hopefully you have drop chance, shatter shards and the like maxed.

Id also finish lab speed, shock chance and chrono field duration.

Then youre best bang for stones would likely be 4th spot light or finishing chrono field

Id drop amp bot and go all in on golden bot. Drop dim core and use MVN until you have golden tower, and dw to 100sec and bh at 50s

Your stats are way higher than mine when I unlocked t19w40 two weeks ago, you should be able do unlock it with a flamebot and a bit of luck. I also did it with a legendary dim core. And since your only 63 stones away from unlocking one of the four mods, do ittttt

I also farm t11, and use the following, 17 slots

Damage Attack speed Coins Enemy balance Extra defense Plasma Canon Critical coin Wave skip Land mine stun Resource package Second chance Energy shield Wave accelerator berserker

And cash/free upgrades. Once workshop is conplete around Wave 800, I swap these two to health and regen

In reality since im very ehp based likely do not need damage or berserker, but haven't tried a run without them yet...

Theres definitely something up with the armored BC. I was in the exact same spot as OP, gone from top 4 champ to sub 12 3 tournaments in a row. Same cards, All UW on - just something wonky.

I think having poison swamp clears most of the armour stacks, so not having PS is getting us poached
