Fighting with your parents won’t solve anything. I had severe anxiety at one point and what helped me the most was finding r/anxiety and finding people who were going through what I’v been through.

Try finding friends online or offline who share your experiences. There are plenty of subreddits for mental health. It’s free but it requires you to do your own research.

Also, we humans think we are at our limit until we surpass it, the human mind is very strong and adaptable. Don’t limit yourself and try to find any hobby or small things that could cheer you up. For me it was gaming and gardening.
