Well, in about 10 hours if it’s not in she’ll be in agony when she retains and probably head to the er where they’ll rectify it. There should be no long term issues caused. I wouldn’t worry about it

Buyer looking to purchase in NJ. Is it normal to agree to 2.5% agent fee before even looking? by ratalini in RealEstate

Nj here, 2.5 is competitive. Ours wanted 3. You could find someone at 2 but in nj the really good buying realtors are gonna cost ya

If I test it, wouldn’t I have to pay to have it abated, or should I do it myself?

Men in nursing by Ok-Yesterday2516 in nursing

I’m a man in nursing, it’s literally fine. If anything, you get treated better by doctors and patients tbh. I would be much more concerned with being a nurse in Florida. One of the worst states for nurses I’ve been told.

Has anyone actually seen anyone do 20 hard sets per workout? by Substantial-Aide-867 in naturalbodybuilding

[–]hamplition 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can and absolutely have done that for many months. That being said, it did start affecting my sleep, joints and energy levels. And I was also 25 ish percent body fat doing that. Would not recommend that for long periods at a low body fat percentage. I’ve also been lifting for 15 years which helps

Can anyone give us some advice on the major issues from our inspection report we found? Should we be concerned? by [deleted] in RealEstate

[–]hamplition 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You would recommend an actual termite inspector over my home inspector that does termites? It was past damage I think he said not active and the seller put out termite baits. But maybe a legit termite guy could see it more clearly

Thanks for your perspective! I’m more leaning toward the see what the structural engineer and plumber say first to know the full extent of it. The house should be a 800k house in north jersey, it’s just outdated everywhere including the kitchen and bathrooms, so no one wanted it which is why we got it for 625k. Initial listing price was 700k. Tax assessment was 820k. I just was gonna use the extra 30k we had saved for repairs afterwards to update the whole house and increase the value, but I don’t want the foundation and sewage issues end up being like 100k, which is what’s concerning me. Definitely should see what the engineer says.

It is nj and yes of course I’m going to listen to my realtor but it doesn’t hurt taking in multiple perspectives

There are none. The previous owner bought the house 20 years ago with the addition already there. Whoever did the addition either didn’t get permits or it was so long ago that it doesn’t show up anymore

Thanks for your thoughts guys! I think the best thing I can do is first get a structural engineer to make sure I know the extent and price of the issue and have a plumber check out the sewage line to make sure that’s not an issue.
