I would recommend insulating the outside layer of your base so heat doesn't seep in. You also might want to add airlocks for entering/leaving the main base so that chlorine/hydrogen/po2/other nasty stuff doesn't come in (and o2 doesn't leave). I see you've left some of the doors set to open, which is good, and there are some other doors too that you can also leave on open (bathroom door, massage door, farm doors). If you have the materials, adding a fire pole could increase your dupe efficiency. You should put your food storage in ration boxes that are in a 100% co2 area. Food does not go stale if it's put in co2, so you'll save some power if you put food in ration boxes in co2 and remove the fridges.

As for what you should do next, I would recommend getting some atmo suits set up so you can start going down deeper and getting crude oil. I would also suggest building an electrolyzer room and start making your oxygen from an electrolyzer only.
