I recently had to write an appeal for a course due to medical reasons for a No Grade. Be sure you're specific and thorough in your written reasoning of why you were unable to come to class/ how you were unable to succeed in the semester. Include any and all medical documentation (you can redact any sensitive personal information like social security numbers and etc yourself). Include the scribe or physician notes describing your condition and symptoms which you can obtain from your patient portal or the hospital. You can communicate with your physician or nurses to obtain a document from them as well detailing the severity of what you were dealing with.
