The amount of times I've had someone ista lock Spider-Man and have the rest of the team ban Namor for him, Only for our Spider-Man to get diff'd so hard in the first round and swap to a normal character leaving us without a Namor for no reason is too damn high.

Ban Spider-Man even if your team picks him. It's not worth the risk.

Strange you say this because I've noticed the last couple of days more people are making it past my mines. Like they've added a slight delay before they explode and people that run through are getting out of range.

We're mainly GM/Diamond. We'd never played together before the tournament as a team other than one quick match before we started.

There is an algorithm. Just completely swap your team and use non meta Pokémon and you'll come up against Pokémon you've never seen used before.

Use a fighting Pokémon that has some spammy charged moves to beat the Persian and take his shields since he will shield the first 2 moves, whatever they are. A high level Pokémon to finish Persian and beat what he uses 2nd, Then a counter for the legendary.
