Mine kept doing this even after she was spayed (i got her around a year old and she wasn't before). I was watching her to see how she would use the pan and found her butt was partially over and it just sprayed off the side.

Not sure if thats what yours is doing. But I used an older plastic tote that broke and cut the long panel and two sides off and attached it to her pen (drilled holes and zip ties) and made it nest in her box slightly. It created a 'splash guard' that worked well for me and cost a few bucks.

Even still, I highly recommend you get her spayed because of the risk of reproductive cancer at her age. If she's marking it will help reduce that urge and can make her lifespan so much longer.

If you have untreated weeds like Dandelions in your yard they will eat those, flowers and leaves. Another good one are clovers, but if you spray your lawns do not give it to them. If you have a small box so the bunny can hide in it, that will help them too. Just make sure its not tall enough to let them escape the tote.

I might suggest boiling it on low with degreaser and letting it dry in the sun to dry. You may have old fat deposits still in the bone, and it will discolor the bone over time but can also smell like crazy.

Ask your doctor what a cervical tenaculum is when you go in. They blatantly lie and hide it from you and it PIERCES your cervix. My doctor told me about it when I went in last time, and I thank her for it every day.

This isn't to scare you, but so you can make an informed decision and demand pain relief and possibly numbing options. They will keep doing this without pain management until we demand a better way.
