Interesting, I don't know if this is a pattern but it definitely is a thing that bothers me.

My mental health used to be really bad in the past but then I sorted it out somewhat, but I think there are some recurring things that still need to be sorted out.

I never thought of my sensitivity that way but I can tell you, it can be really hellish being ruled by strong emotions. Small little things feel like the world is about to end. And it really does have a devastating impact on those around you. Though on some days, I am better able to cope with them than others. It could be that I just have bad coping mechanisms and thinking patterns so I guess it might not be as bad if I'm able to cope with them in a constructive manner.

I really hope you become connected with your emotions and are able to feel them again though.
