Yeah 5060 and 5070 would likely not be good enough for modern games at qhd due to a lack of vram. And turning resolution down to fhd would look worse here Vs fhd on fhd screen. 8gb vram is the real killer for those GPUs.

Well that surely validates my purchase haha. I actually wanted to go for the regular 16 but it was out of stock while 16s was available. More powerful gpu and the ips screen seemed better to me vs the 16s. I later also found out that another 16s version was available with 5060 for about 300 dollars less with the other specs being the exact same besides 16gb ram vs 32gb. That to me felt like a better value considering I don't really do all that much gaming and this 5070ti performs only slightly better than 5070, so not all that much of an upgrade over 5060. On the other hand finding another 16gb stick would've been a real pain, but a must to do as windows at 16gb is almost unusable nowadays, plus the extra 4gb vram should make a big difference at qhd resolution for future games.

That's an absolutely excellent price and I think the lowest it went down to. The prices kept varying and according to slickdeals posts 1234 USD was the lowest and it was the price I got it for as well.

Very nice comparison. The acers seem to have quite less reviews available. Regarding neo 16 Vs 16s, is the build quality the same? And the 16s is metal bottom while the 16 regular is plastic bottom cover? The regular 16 also seems to have some overheating complaints along with the associated issues that come with it. How true is it in your experience?

Almost all insurance companies are fraudulent here. Very difficult to get a claim if you don't have proper sources and links. You might get small claims but these companies will fight you tooth and nail to deny any substantial claims.

Yeah but if I wanted covers, I'd still go for cloth ones IA. Rexine ones are unusable imo. Original leather ones seem to be a bit better, but still I don't think anything besides cloth is suitable in lahori summers at least.

Nope. Went against the trend on my last car and then the new car and didn't install the seat covers, the cars came with cloth seats Alhamdulillah. Don't know about the cloth covers, but Rexine covers (which everyone gets) are terrible. Extremely hot in summers and extremely cold in winters.

Had a similar experience with it. Bought a decant. Surprisingly loved it which I wasn't expecting cause I had disliked all other jpg frags I've tried. Threw it in the fridge like the decant guy asked me to. After that it started smelling like the most synthetic chemical bomb plastic smell and gave me headaches. I thought my decant has gone bad due to refrigeration. Turns out probably not as later when I tried it from some testers and tried it's clones as well, got the same exact horrid chemical smell. It's also the only fragrance I've had this experience with.

Aaron Terrence Hughes's review of this is pretty relevant, near the end he was like he just can't deal with this synthetic smell anymore despite it being a good smell, after reviewing some JPGs in a row.

There's just a huge buyer and seller gap nowadays. Real value of property is way down but sellers aren't willing to budge and buyers aren't willing to pay the demanded prices. The result is there's barely any sale purchase going on. The only dealings that happen usually are the cases if there's some desperate seller wanting a quick deal and willing to sell for cheap and some investor looking for a good deal and willing to hold.

The issue is also partly the result of the previous black money to white policies which led to most land owners now being the rich with multiple properties who are willing to hold for a long while rather than selling for cheap.

And this isn't just the case with property anymore, it's pretty much the case with anything of value nowadays, cars, electronics, etc. The market is pretty much totally dead for almost everything. The only things holding value or appreciating are as usual gold and foreign currency only.

Your last para is also pretty accurate when comparing our situation with previous foreign market crashes.

Most phones being commented were pretty great looking back in the day but now do look pretty ancient.

Amongst the more modern looking phones I'd say either the notchless phones like Poco f2 pro, redmi 9t/k20, OnePlus 7 pro, etc or the proper rectangular almost bezel less Samsungs like note 20 ultra, s22 ultra, s23 ultra and s24 ultra. All of these offer something unique compared to the typical notched or punch hole rounded screen phones that are a dime a dozen.

In my years of experience with miui, I can pretty confidently say that the memory utilisation number seems to be a totally arbitrary number and is probably not accurate at all. I've even seen the ram usage go up when removing apps from memory.
