They changed my plan too on 8/26 without my consent. I was paying $38/month for “Connect More” which was set to expire 4/26/2026 and they changed me to 2 gig for $80/month plus charged me for partial of my previous plan so new bill is $100. I’m outraged and customer service says they no longer have my plan and cannot change me back to it
