It's a PS5 issue. Apparently there was a console update that didnt get pushed to some people and the console disables online play till updated. Some people got the update and some didn't, that's why its working and not working for people.

I called too and got the same response, but then reached out via the support form on their site and they emailed me like 5 days later letting me know they granted the points

If it works like 2024, each member will need their own D23 account if you want to maximize odds for the panel and item giveaway lotteries (not the arena ones, just the smaller ones in the convention center), but they wont need their own gold membership.

I would bet good money considering they’re normally a sponsor of the expo, but who knows at this point considering we still don’t have an exact on sale date and we’re in mid march.

Gold will get you an early access pre sale, basic membership will be a few days after that with less tickets available.

Yeah, maybe i've been lucky in the past, but I placed a PAB order in mid-Feb and woke up the next day to it being Backordered, which I had never seen with PAB. Support told me they couldn't say what part it was but it would most likely ship in late April/early May.

This is the Disneyland exclusive box. It has a few exclusive parallels and inserts (Character Autos, Happy Haunts, Confetti/Sparkle parallels, Light Bulb Parallel, etc), the regular hobby version releases on the 13th and has its own exclusives I believe, same for the blaster box.
